With a career that had kept him away from home for long stretches, Frank wanted to invest in himself and his future to achieve a better work-life balance. He was attracted to franchising by the lower risk and investment combined with higher rate of success versus that of a start-up.
Based on the continued market growth and the limited impact of external factors on the industry, he identified a commercial cleaning franchise as a good fit. He was impressed with the Total Clean team during the recruitment process and became Total Clean’s first franchisee in Scotland. With some business experience already, Frank worked closely with the head office team who provide ongoing training, mentoring and business support to all franchisees.
